In order to compete with Motorola and Micromax, Idea cellular has launched two new 3G Android Smartphone Idea Ultra+ and Idea FAB for Rs. 8,300 and Rs. 4,999 respectively.
The Idea Ultra+ has 5 inch display with Gorilla Glass 8MP camera which gives a very clean and clear snapshot. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM which runs with Android 4.2 jelly bean. It is also having 1GB RAM, 4 GB ROM, 32 GB expandable micro SD card and 2000mAh battery.
On the other side Idea FAB is enter-level Smartphone with 4 inch display and Android Jelly Bean OS. It also supports dual-SIM, Wi-Fi hotspot and GPS connectivity.
These two newly launched devices are providing 3G data benefits of 1.6 GB 3G data and Free Idea TV for 3 months, with a pack priced at Rs. 259 for existing subscribers, and 1.6 GB 3G data and Free Idea TV for 3 months, with a pack priced at Rs. 261 for new subscribers.
For last few years Idea is focusing on budget Smart phones bundled with many attractive apps and voice benefits. So it is expected that these two also will hit the market.
