Reliance Digitals is the consumer durables and information technology arm of Reliance Retail which is a unit of Reliance Industries Ltd. It also own telecom venture Reliance Jio Infocomm which is expected to launch 4G voice and data services by next year.
A new mobile has been added to the collection of Reliance Digitals. It has released the new dual SIM 3G smartphone and it is named Reconnect Quad Core, having 4.7 inch HD IPS display. The present cost of this smartphone is Rs 12,999.
This phone runs on 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and has a quad core 1.3 GHz Cortex A7 processor. The weight of this phone is nearly 132.8 gm ant the resolution of its display is 1280×720. It also has 1GB RAM which allows smooth running of applications simultaneously. In addition it has an internal storage of 8 GB memory which can be expandable up to 32GB.
The device has a 13 MP back camera and 2 MP front camera to support video calling. It can take pictures even in low light environment with the help of BSI sensor, Back Side Illumination sensor technology. Its connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
The battery is 2000 mAh Li-Ion, delivering music playback time for 8 hours, video playback for 4 hours and talk-time for 6-7 hours and standby time for 225 hours. The smartphone is available in black and white colour options and also comes with one year warranty.
